Is there a subscription?
No. Every order is a one-off payment for a single vehicle. Check one car or ten — you only ever pay per report.
What currencies can I pay in?
GBP (£7.49), USD ($9.99) or EUR (€8.49) — choose at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
What if my vehicle isn't supported?
The free preview confirms coverage before checkout, so you're never charged for an unsupported vehicle. See the 41 supported manufacturers.
Can I add service history later?
The Service History add-on is offered at checkout when your vehicle is eligible. If you skip it, just run the same vehicle again and add it then.
Do you offer refunds?
If we can't produce your report after payment, you're refunded in full automatically. Because coverage is confirmed up front, this is rare.
Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
